DIGITAL PROP CONTEST

You've seen our digital props, from trading cards to blueprints. Now's the chance to contribute or create one of your own!

Submit your idea for a Mercury Men digital prop and not only can you win a signed poster, your prop will be made and posted here on the Mercury-Atlas blog!

Do you have to be a crack at Photoshop to win this contest? Absolutely not. Just submit your idea for a prop in the comment section below, on our Facebook page, or on Twitter (mentioning @themercurymen). If you ARE a crack at Photoshop and would like to submit a picture of your idea, that's great too. If it's good enough we may just use it.

Ideas will be judged on originality, general coolness, and our ability to actually make it. The winners name will be included in the prop and it's story, making them a part of Mercury Men lore. It's even possible that the prop will appear in an episode!

For inspiration check out our other digital props, the trailer, and our photo gallery. Make sure along with your submission there's a way to contact you, either by email or Twitter.

Can't wait to see what you guys come up with!

  1. What about Mercury Men figures? Or a Mercury Men comic book?

  2. How about some sort of guide that novice members of the League carry around (if there are any novice members?). Like it would contain info about different aliens and other creatures that they come up against often, as well as standard protocol, etc.

  3. A generator for tight situations that uses the lightning the Mercury Men generate to power their devices!

  4. How about an old 'Skoal' can that is actually a FORCE-FEILD.

  5. A new weapon developed by the league.. A sheet/cloak that folds into a small square. There are only a few of them in existence. It is composed of harnessed DARK MATTER particles. When it is draped over a Mercury Man it causes them to implode into a mini BLACK HOLE. It would momentarily suck everything around it into the nothingness. But it kills the bastards..League members just have to hold on tight to something that is bolted down.

  6. A goggle attachment that allows the wearer to decipher the facial features of each Mercury Man..to see their true form inside the light. No telling what they'll look like if you guys wanna take it there. They could be some UGLY motherf%#@*#!^.. just don't look toward their crotch. Lol.

  7. A "paper airplane" book of League vehicles with the markings and surface details printed out.

  8. A "slide rule" style E-6B type calculator for orbital trajectories, fuel burns, etc. between planets, for printing out on cardstock.

  9. Folded paper League ring. Printable League "wings" for the various ratings and grades.

  10. Mercury Men Board Game! Each turn play a card to see what action the MM take to advance their plan (Like Clue, the MM draw cards to select goal, weapon and location for that games' plan). Players collect and play League member, Item and Action cards to uncover the MM cards, and reverse the MM counter from reaching the goal. Players must roll dice to move their piece to a location on the board to play their cards. Just a rough concept of the mechanics here.
